We are aware that buying from a photo is not so easy, and we therefore urge you to choose carefully. However, if you have a change of heart, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for goods purchased at the full price. Simply e-mail us on email@example.com to inform us of your intention to return the item/s; you will be reimbursed the full amount on our receiving your post (see Return shipping below).
Exchange Due to Fault

While we take the utmost precaution to ensure that every item is perfect, occasionally some imperfection may slip through. In the event of an item containing a fault, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and a new item will be sent to you. If the item is no longer available, a refund will be offered.
Please note that, unless they are found to be faulty, sale items are not subject to refund or exchange. Also, damaged item/s will not be accepted for return due to tarnishing of the plating; this is caused by exposure to perfumes, moisturisers and body heat, and general wear and tear. Goods to be exchanged or refunded should be posted to Duck and Sparrow, Unit 3/9 Vauxhall Rd, Balwyn 3103. Faulty goods must be accompanied by a photograph and description of the fault, plus a “proof of purchase” (i.e. bank statement or Duck and Sparrow confirmation e-mail). Please ensure that all items returned are packaged carefully and securely so as to avoid any damage during shipping, as Duck and Sparrow will not accept responsibility for damaged or lost items. Please also be aware that the purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. To avoid re-attracting customs charges, label the postal package ‘Returned Goods’.
Our jewellery is made in small range production or hand made with often vintage components. Due to this there may be slight variations in colour and size from website images.
Duck & Sparrow jewellery is crafted from delicate materials, and should not be subjected to harsh or rough handling. These products can be affected by exposure to a variety of corrosive environments, such as hairspray, perfume, cosmetics and sunlight, which may cause the product to become tarnished and/or discoloured. These goods can also be adversely affected by water; thus, it is advisable to remove jewellery before household cleaning and showering. Jewellery should be stored separately in dry, clean conditions and cleaned using a soft cloth.
